Orders
Orders can be placed during the above hours by phone. Email orders can be placed 24 hours/day, 7
days a week. We only accept email
orders for individual components, as our brakes systems require special
attention to ensure the correct kit and options are ordered. For individual components, i.e. rotors,
calipers, etc, please include part number, part description, quantity, and
price. Please include both daytime and
evening phone number. Do not send credit card information by email, we will
send out an electronic invoice confirming your order and will allow payment
through a Verisign™ secure site.

orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
Parts
may be returned only with prior written consent and return authorization number
by Touring Classics LLC. We will accept returns for 30 days. An original invoice must accompany all
returns. Products that have been
modified from their original condition or allowed to deteriorate to a “non-new”
condition cannot be returned. Purchaser
is responsible for all shipping charges.
Damage
Claims
Shipping damage claims must be made with the freight carrier. If there is an issue with incomplete or
incorrect shipments please contact Touring Classics LLC within 3 business days.
Liability
Touring Classics LLC shall not be liable, in any
way, for damages, loss, injury or other claims, resulting from the use or
misuse, or inability to use any of our products. Buyer or User assumes liability of any kind connected with the
use/ or application of our products.
The foregoing is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied.
Touring Classics’ sole responsibility shall be to replace whatever parts prove
defective at their option. |
